14-day-return-policy
Patrons may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include picture proof and a reason for return. To initiate a return, email customer.service@outopeeshop.com.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
